Hi all! Hope your training and fundraising is on track. With just a few weeks away, Pam and I are looking forward to my third ride this year.
I'm putting together a fundraising event in the Leaside Area on the 26th of May. If you know of anyone who might be interested, please spread the word on this event to support your fellow riders campaigns!
This "Sunday Brunch with 'The Riders'" event will be held at the Wild Wing Restaurant (666 Millwood Road, at the intersection of Bayview Ave) from 11:30a~4:00p on Sunday May 26th.
For a $25 ticket, the following will be included:
Live entertainment with a 4-piece band (The Riders) performing classic rock and blues Choice of pub grub (Wings / Burger) together with first pint or fries and soft drink Door prizes (wine, gift cards, etc) 50/50 draw Cash bar (for anyone who would like a second pint ...)
The Wild Wing is fairly small (seating for ~50), but it also has an outdoor patio which will be great if the sun comes out that day.
