Any suggestion for Sore Muscle Recovery


Any suggestions for Sore Muscle Recovery:

1) After Day 1 of ride, then you will be ready for the ride on next day.

2) After Day 2 of ride, then you will be ready to go for Work on next day.

p90X recovery drink is great and what I use after a day of riding. For before the ride use VEGA Sport acaiberry. its like a blast of nitro just before the ride, tried others nothing compares. plus trameal rub is good too after.

if you reach camp in time, hit up the massage tent for a rub-down.

Fatigued muscles require protein to stop the catabolism process. Whey protein drinks are IMHO the best way to quickly get a large dose of protein after prolonged exercise.
