Well, the 2011 Ride is only a few days away so I'd imagine that if you were going to make the minimum, you'd have done it by now.
If you're planning on returning for 2012 (I've already registered), might I suggest you start planning your fundraising now? Corporate sponsors need plenty of warning to plan their annual charitable expenditures so its best to go after them BEFORE they start planning their 2012 donations.
Also, more events (Thanksgiving, Christmas, various parties) present more opportunities for donations by family and friends who might otherwise forget.
Finally, if you're going to do an organized fundraiser, allowing yourself as much time as possible for planning and promotion will yield greater results.
The 2012 Ride may seem like a long way off, but your fundraising sources are already planning what they'll be doing with their money next year. Time to get started!
