The Ontario Ride to Conquer Cancer

I will be hosting training rides along the rail trail starting Sunday April 17th.  The meeting place will be at the trail centre at the Dundas Conservation Area and will meet around 11:00am and will ride to a prearranged distance and then back.  At the trail centre, there is a snack bar, washrooms, and water.  The trail is very scenic and is marked, allowing us to set riding goals, however there are few stops along the way for bathrooms, food and so on, as it travels through the country side.  As well, the trail extends for over 70 kms, one way. The trail is packed gravel, but there are some rough areas.
