Hi I am planning a pub night silent auction in Bloor west village in a few weeks!
I have asked my friends for donation for the silent auction, and friends have come up with some good ideas, (theatre tickets, framed photographs of pics they've taken, friend did a painting, some coffee gift baskets, unused gift cards they may have received as a gift and not used, plus some other misc items like IT stuff, +++)
I got the space for free, provided the bar makes money on drinks, and will order some platters of finger foods.
At the door it is PWYC (pay what you can). Chose not to charge a cover because many have already donated generously online, and I don't want to stop them from coming by having to buy another ticket.
We will have the forms available for cash and check donations though!
Hope to raise 500 bucks or so... which will put me close to the goal

Auction will be silent auction in the back, write down your bid, and contact info so you don't need to stay for the entire event to "win" your item.
I can give you an item for your silent auction if you'd like. I knit, and have a few extra items. You'd have to come pick it up, though. I'm in the Main/Danforth area.
