I am on a team already but live in the BWV area. Would be interested in hooking up for the occasional ride/spin at RPM.

RPM is taking registrations for the 12 week training program starting Jan 9

2 hrs each Sunday from noon

if you can't do the 12 weeks there are a number of spin classes, but I always recommend the training sessions because they focus on endurance

you can add your name to a list, in case someone can't make it freeing a bike

also they have a base camp program that runs a t a different time

We're all over the place. Thanks for all the info, I will try and get out to RPM. Sunday's don't work great for me but if you're ever out for a Saturday ride in the spring would love to join in.
