Bike Covers

Just wondering what everyone is going to do that is leaving their bikes outside for the night if it's raining.

Are you going to bring something to cover your bike up? If so would you think a tarp is a good idea?

I don't like the idea of my bike sitting out for 12 hours if it's raining.

Thanks!

The bikes will be alright in the rain.  Just make sure to remove any electronics you have ie. bike monitors, and any back pouches.  It's the bikers I'm more worried about since the Weather Network's calling for thundershowers all thru the weekend.

Let's just pray that we'll have great weather as things can still change at the last minute.

Got to the dollar store and get a plastic drop cloth - much easier to wrap around your bike and cheap enough to toss out or small enough to fold up and tuck under your seat. I think a tarp would be too bulky

Or just cover your seat with a plastic bag

I'm with you on that one. I had planned on bringing a tarp and a few bungie cords to cover my ride up as well.

I would like to have bike wrap in that case. Well, I am going to organize the trade expo and need to get non bulky trade show displays that are easily portable so I can reuse them for upcoming expos without spending additional money. If you have ideas, please share here.
