Need some motivation to kick start your training program? Mark Saturday January 30th on your calendar. Spinning sessions will be held simultaneously across southern Ontario at several key fitness & spinning locations. Come out and spin alongside fellow Ride to Conquer Cancer Riders, meet the Ride Guides and prepare for the physical challenge of your journey to Niagara Falls.

Classes will be led by certified instructors from 12:30-2:00 and 2:30-4:00 at four different Training Partners across Ontario. All are free of charge to registered Riders.
