Anyone have an extra training bike

I'm doing the Ride in Alberta June 27& 28 however I have to work in Mississauga and Burlington from the 9th to the 21st (a critical period in my training). Does anyone have a bike they are willing to lend/rent to me while I'm home ?

or let me know if you have any tips on how I can keep up my training.

Depending on where you are in Mississauga, go to GEARS on the corner of Lakeshore and Mississauga Rd. and they've got some hard core spinning classes.

yep can't hurt to join a local spin class to get in that training

thats true...but I'm at the point where I need to get used to being on a bike for a couple hours, rather than cardio training.
