Kim Mitchell is the moderator for the site...perhaps she could help you. If you go into "list all users", and click on her name, there is an option to send her a private message. Or, she may be checking the boards after the holidays and contact you directly to resolve your dilemma.
Hey Bill (oops! I mean Tracy ); If you processed the transaction yourself on behalf of the sponsor WHILE YOU WERE LOGGED IN , it will merge your identity with that of the sponsor, but don't despair: just call the Ride Guides in the morning and they will fix it for you. It has happened to several people on my team and it's easy for the ride staff to fix this problem, so.........smile :)
