excercises to do at home

Does anyone have any suggestions for home workout Dvds or videos.....or good website/book?

I need to do some training at home on top of my rides..... want to gain muscle and tone up a bit. I was a member at the YMCA btu have put that on hold for the summer, don't have enough time to ride my bike and get into the gym. So I looking for stuff that I can do at home.

I have used a number of core exercises from Bicycling magazine. http://www.bicycling.com/training-nutrition/training-fitness/your-best-cycling-body-ever
I also have the book: The Cyclist's Training Bible http://www.amazon.ca/The-Cyclists-Training-Bible-Friel/dp/1934030201

If you've got a cycling trainer or rollers, I recommend The Sufferfest videos.

I've been on a Kurt Kinetic Trainer at home since Christmas (it was a gift from my wonderful GF). I use it about 3 times a week for 1-1.5 hrs at a time. It has helped me a lot through the winter. Although with the nicer weather now, I've switched my rear tire back to a road tire and have been enjoying the outside air.

Now, if I'm indoor, I do more squats and lunges as well as plenty of stretching after.
