I just wanted to say my first ride was a blast! I thought everything was well thought out and ran professionally. I was part of "Team For Family And Friends", all 5 of us are first timers and doing the ride for someone who could not. We were really impressed by the number of survivors on the ride and the amount of support by the public along the route! See all of you next year!
I totally agree with you, this was also my first year so i have nothing to compare it too but i had an amazing time and have already signed up for next year.
My First year experience was also excellent. I am now working on recruiting a team or at least a few others from my area to join me next year. I registered at camp after day 1, am already looking for a new bike and can not wait. I see a few have issues, I prefer to see past minor glitches or personal issues. I see the event as a whole and am very impressed. I am proud to say I am part of this event. see you all next year.
