We ordered team jerseys from Sugoi this year and have not yet recieved them 3 days from the event. I am a little paniced, anyone else with the same problem. We ordered them in March.
Called them and they apologized saying they won't have the jerseys ready as they had so many orders and thought we needed them for the Vancouver Ride. Boy were they wrong on this. I am pissed. They offered my wife a $250 discount on the bundle to be ready in three weeks. What a joke. I would tell them to refund the money but my sponsors need to be given jerseys for display.
Looks like they aren't coming for three weeks. Oh well we can use them for the Centurion, as then team will be riding together. May have to go with someone else next year or put the order in October. Safe Ride to all!.
