OK, new rider here and I'm confused. I completed the Online Check-In. I completed the Tent Assignment. Now I'm trying to complete the Reserve Your Transportation.
Under the Event Schedule for Riders there is a link for "Getting to the Start Line". On that page is says "Shuttle times for Opening Ceremonies will be assigned upon reservation of shuttle ticket." However, I can't seem to figure out how to reserve a shuttle ticket.
When I click the link that says "Login to reserve your transportation today" it takes me to the Login page. I then login and it takes me to the participant center where there are 2 huge button links for "Begin Online Check-In" and "Tent Assignment", both of which I have done, but I don't see anywhere to reserve a shuttle ticket......? Help - what am I missing?
