I have a related question... last year I stayed in a tent... this year I am sharing a room at Mohawk. Does anyone who has stayed there before know what the check-in procedure is? Are we supposed to go over there directly upon arrival, or can we wait a bit? The room is under my name, and my roommate and I are on different routes, so we won't be checking in together.

it is like a hotel. There is a reception desk in the lobby. i stayed there in the Inaugural Ride year. The room i stayed in is for two students sharing the facility, and equiped with refrigerator and dining table. it is huge. The A/C was set quite cold, therefore, it might be good to bring a sweater with you
