Help put new cleats on my shoes

So, my old cleats got a bit chewed up, guess I walk too much on them, so I bought a nice new pair at the bike show for $20, now I just need some help attaching them.  I have the cleats and all the screws.

Anyone in the Hamilton/Burlington/Oakville area that could help out?

get out a sharpie and outline the current placement of your cleat. When you install the new cleat, make sure it lines up with the outline. Use a 4mm allen key to remove the used cleat as a slot screwdriver will just chew up the aluminum screws.

Simple advice... assuming that the cleats were in the correct position originally!

To the OP - installing cleats is pretty straightforward if you've got an allen key, some time, and can follow instructions. There are lots of videos on YouTube showing how to install cleats - find one for your kind of cleats and have fun!
