I emailed/called them and now I have a different ID number and had to drop my surname from my www addy. There goes the 500 business cards I had left i was really hoping to re use. LOL. Give them a call during open hours and they call back. It's definitely different. I just asked them to delete the old one.

Why did you lose your old addy? If you login to you 2010 account you can delete that custom URL and then login in to your 2011 account and add it.
I didn't know how to delete. Couldn't find the link. I'm on a little netbook, was really tired, and just asked them to delete it. Oh, i'm learning a LOT this year.

You can still go in and delete the 2010 custom URL, then login to the 2011 account and change it to match your cards.
2010
Go to your Participant Centre (not the same as your personal page)
Along the right side of the page you'll see "Update personal URLS"
2011
Go to your Participant Centre
Click on Personal Page
Click on Edit next to "Personal Page URL and Settings"
I had the old Participant ID number on them too. I'd asked to keep the url and number, but it's okay. I'll register very early next year and transfer the information. I had all the old information on the cards. This year, I'll get them made and give every doggone one out.
