The seminar schedule will be:

Bicycle fitting for each participant
Basic Maintenance (tire change, tire repair, chain repair etc)
45 minute ride on trainer (group riding, hill climbing, downhill riding) 30 minute Nutrition talk

Gear Required: Bring your bicycle and trainer

Cost: $20.00 for the seminar.
