Hi all, I live in the Beach area of Toronto and am looking to either join a team based in this area or find "locals" to go on trianing rides with.  I participated in the '08 event and enjoyed it on many levels; very inspirational.  Look forward to hearing from potential riding partners.

Hi Gerald,

I live in Riverdale and am doing the ride for the first time next year.  I ride (train) with the Beaches Cycling Club, which is also affliated with the Darkhorse Flyers Club.  I am a new member but have gone on several rides with both of them.  The advantage of two affliated clubs is there are usually several organized rides (3 - 5) in the season and they welcome people at all levels.

If you are not a joiner of clubs, we might start doing some riding together in the Spring, depending on our schedules etc. (but I will also be riding with the clubs).
